  I have dealt with A and R for many years and while Rupert was running the joint things got done. Now two separate times I called to have an estimate done for some work. The first time was to have a gas line put in for a kitchen stove. After dealing with the miserable front desk reception and told someone would call to set up a time to stop by the house to check things out, I didn’t hear for 2 weeks. I called back, again I get the cranky front desk woman. I told her the situation and she said she told the guy and he’ll call when he has time. Days go by and the guy calls only to tell me an estimate over the phone with out coming to actually see the placement of the line etc. Which was not how they did it when I had them come do an exterior bbq hook up and a garage heater. So I went somewhere else.
  
  More recently (a week ago) I called about furnace servicing. Again cranky front lady told me the same story that “he’ll call to set up an appointment “. A week Later no call.
  
  They used to be way better but since Rupert retired it’s gone to hell.
