Horrible customer service. It's very unfortunate. I was treated like dirt, and the owner of the company was very condescending. It makes me sad because I wanted to find a nice small business that I could go to long term and at least acted like they cared, but that's not even close to what I found here. Very sad. Way too expensive, and not the least bit knowledgeable in their own 'profession'.
